Juliana Johnson & Ava Johnson

Juliana began working for her family in March 2001, a year after graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Management. At the time, the company consisted simply of her dad and two brothers. She had originally asked to work with them temporarily while she decided what she wanted to do with her future. What began as just helping out to make their lives a little easier evolved into a larger position and she soon became the hub of the wheel.

In June 2008, her daughter Ava was born. Juliana said, “I am fortunate to be able to bring her to work with me, and now she is growing up in our family business.”

What do you like best about Caccia Plumbing?

Juliana enjoys working with her family the most, especially now that she is able to bring her daughter to work every day. Ava helps to brighten the office and everyone’s spirits, especially on those long, difficult days. Juliana also enjoys working with the customers and the daily challenges that brings. “It’s a good feeling to be able to help someone in dire need of a plumber,” Juliana said.
